Return & Exchange Policy

At Shawl Baaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong product or color.
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The product is returned with its original packaging and tags, if applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:

The shawl has been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
The product has stains, perfume/odor, or other signs of use.
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
The product is returned without its original packaging.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the product
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

4. Exchange Policy

If your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Shawl Baaf may cover the return shipping cost.

For other reasons, return/exchange shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
